How does a business qualify for this program?

1. Agree to provide something of at least $10.00 in value FREE in exchange for the coupon presented by holder.
2. If advertiser is a restaurant coupon may be buy one get one FREE offer. (Must be full meal of equal or lesser value of one paid for)
3. Must agree that if coupon is NOT honored they will pay Publisher (ATD Marketing) a fee of equal value to that of FREE item offered in coupon.
